It was an amazing trip. It was well planned and executed. I will go anywhere with this group!

This experience far surpassed my expectations and was worth every penny. From the easy and warm arrival to the thoughtful themes for each day, including adventurous excursions, and - the cherry on top - the like-minded humans, I could not have dreamt of a better time. Each day I found myself grateful, well-fed, deeply connected with, and overall proud of myself. And what a lovely place to do it: Jungle Bay Resort in Dominica. May we all get the pleasure of enjoying such a magical place on this earth. I am forever thankful to Island Movement for curating this experience and making it possible for each of us that was there.

I really LOVED the retreat. There were a lot of options each day to choose from; which was nice. The yoga meshed well with the theme of the day. I did not know how badly my body needed the twice daily yoga; especially restore! Everyone at Jungle Bay was SO NICE! Thank you ladies for putting together such a magical week. I'm sure I'll be back to Dominica :)

This retreat was truly a gift of pure love. Kris and Mariesa curated a schedule that flowed with each spirit and ensured that Jungle Bay’s exceptional staff attended to all our needs every step of the way. A space in the magic of the jungle so close to us where our souls were gently held to connect and shine brightly on each other. Im grateful.
